Auch dieses Jahr planen wir wieder für Ende August die 30. Ausgabe des traditionellen internationalen Schmelzturnier durchzuführen. Also this year we are planning the 30th edition of the traditional international Schmelz tournament for the end of August.
Hier die ersten organisatorischen Eckpunkte für das diesjährige Turnier im Überblick: Here is an overview of the first organizational key points for this year’s tournament:

Das Turnier soll den Jugendmannschaften diesen Sommer nach dem Sommertraining ein weiteres Mal eine Möglichkeit bieten, auf Wettkampfniveau, sportlich wertvolle Vorbereitungsspiele gegen österreichische und internationale Nachwuchsmannschaften durchzuführen. The tournament is intended to offer the youth teams another opportunity, after summer training, to carry out valuable preparatory games against Austrian and international youth teams at competitive level.
Die Spiele werden Freitag 25.08. bis Sonntag 27.08 stattfinden. Falls ihr für die Turniertage eine Übernachtung plant, könnt ihr gerne bereits am Donnerstag den 24.08. anreisen. Details zu Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten folgen. The games will be on Friday August 25th. until Sunday 27.08.If you are planning an overnight stay for the tournament days, you are welcome to arrive on Thursday, August 24th. Details on overnight accommodation will follow.
Wir öffnen die Anmeldung sobald mehr Details (zb. betreffend Beherbergung) bekannt sind. We will open the registration as soon as more details (e.g. regarding accommodation) are known.

Das erste Internationale Schmelzturnier seit 2018 ist Geschichte und es ist Zeit DANKE zu sagen.
Die letzten 2 Jahre hatten uns vor neue Herausforderungen gestellt und wir können stolz auf 2 spannende und gute Nationale Turniere zurückblicken.
Dennoch war es immer unsere Intention das Internationale Schmelzturnier wieder in seiner bekannten Form, mit internationalen Gästen und in Form einer Mehrtägigen Veranstaltungen zu organisieren.
Dank der unermüdlichen Unterstützung aller Beteiligten, ist uns dies dieses Jahr wieder gelungen.
3 Turniertage mit vielen spannenden Spielen und großartigen Leistungen liegen hinter uns.
Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei allen Spielern, Trainern und Eltern für eure Teilnahme, Unterstützung und Feedback bedanken.
Ebenso möchten wir einen großen Dank an die fast 100 freiwilligen Helfer aussprechen, ohne euch wäre dieses Turnier nicht möglich.
Wir hoffen ihr hattet ebenso viel Spaß wie wir und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen beim Schmelzturnier 2023.

The first international Schmelz tournament since 2018 is history and it’s time to say THANK YOU.
The last 2 years had presented us with new challenges and we can proudly look back on 2 exciting and good national tournaments.
Nevertheless, it was always our intention to organize the International Schmelz Tournament in its familiar form again, with international guests and in the form of an event lasting several days.
Thanks to the tireless support of everyone involved, we succeeded again this year.
3 tournament days with many exciting games and great performances are behind us.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all players, coaches and parents for their participation, support and feedback.
We would also like to say a big thank you to the almost 100 volunteers, without you this tournament would not be possible.
We hope you had as much fun as we did and look forward to seeing you again at the Schmelzturnier 2023.

Schönwetterprogramm – Freiluft Wir erwarten ab ca. 16:00 Uhr Regen Bitte sicherheitshalber, Hallenschuhe einpacken! Wenn es die Wetterlage erfordert, verlegen wir spontan, insbesondere in der MJ2008 und MJ2010, in die Halle USZ und Tellgasse.
Nice weather program – open air We expect rain from around 4:00 p.m To be on the safe side, please pack indoor shoes! If the weather conditions require it, we will spontaneously move to the USZ hall and Tellgasse, especially in MY2008 and MY2010.
Für alle die es noch nicht bei der Anmeldung erledigt haben, gibt es noch bis zum 10. August die Möglichkeit via office@schmelz-turnier.at die diesjährigen Turnier T-Shirts vorzubestellen.
Vor Ort gibt es dann ebenso die Möglichkeit T-Shirts zu erwerben. (Solange der Vorrat reicht)
